These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Tafsir Attestation Services (referred to as "Tafsir", “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.
We may offer complimentary collection and delivery of documents within the UAE, excluding remote areas. This service is optional and does not form part of the main contract. The attestation process is considered to start on the next day after receipt of the document at our office.
If you fail to collect your documents or accept delivery, written confirmation must be provided within 100 days of completion. We reserve the right to dispose of documents not collected within this period.
Document attestation timelines are governed by government entities and may change without notice. Delays due to official procedures, system failures, public holidays, climate conditions, or other similar factors are outside our control — and are considered non-working days. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.
If documents are damaged or lost while in our direct care, we will cover the actual cost of obtaining duplicates. However, any damage occurring during government processing is not our responsibility. Clients must ensure large or non-standard documents are safely prepared before handing them to couriers.
Payments made through our website are processed via secure payment gateways. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards (in AED). Pricing is subject to change based on selected services and government fee changes, which will be communicated before proceeding.
If you cancel your order after services have commenced, we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including a proportionate service charge. If the attestation process has been completed at the time of cancellation, full payment is due.
We do not guarantee government processing times or outcomes and are not liable for delays, rejections, or changes caused by authorities. Documents rejected due to eligibility issues remain chargeable.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you also agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients should review the most current version before using our services.
